• Round-Trip Private Airport Concierge Transfer: $50.00 per person This is a private, nonstop group transfer, meaning only guests of your particular group who are arriving or departing on the same flight or close to the same time may be put in the vehicle together. Vehicle sizes will vary.
• Round-Trip Shared Transfer $30.00 per person: Greeting, assistance and baggage handling at airport for both, arrival, and departure; No Amenities included; Federally licensed vehicle; Baggage allowed free of charge: 1 regular size plus one carry on per person; An average of five pickups or drop offs to or from selected hotels; Available for arrivals and departures between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM only

Travel Insurance Options

• Worldwide Trip Protector Prime: Cost is based on the traveler’s age and total cost of travel per person. For pre-existing conditions to be covered this policy must be booked inside 14 days of your initial trip deposit. Up to 48 hours prior to your departure you may purchase this insurance.
• Worldwide Trip Protector Plus Cancel for Any Reason: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides travelers with a 75% refund in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to three days before the departure time of the flight. Cancel for any reason add-on must be purchased at time of booking.

• Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed, unless otherwise specified in room description.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM, Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Any request for early arrival and extended departures will be subject to availability.
• Fee for assistance with airline tickets is $50.00 per paid ticket and $100.00 if purchasing with miles/points. Nearest airport is Cancun International (CUN).
• There is a $75.00 revision fee per reservation, per instance for changes after initial deposit.
• Be sure to bring appropriate documentation for international travel, including but not limited to, a valid passport that will not expire within 6 months of your vacation.
• Cancellation after initial deposit is $150.00 per traveler in addition to any airline penalties.
• After final payment room reservations are non-refundable.
• Travel documents will not be processed without insurance or a decline of insurance. Travel Insurance is highly recommended and non-refundable.
